Ahmed Bastawy currently runs Icealex Innovation Hub, an international network shaping entrepreneurship in Alexandria. He founded the first series of sector-specific incubators in Alexandria. He founded and served as the international business development manager at iceHubs Global CIC, a UK-based social enterprise focusing on transforming sustainability challenges into green businesses. He has been a lead trainer, facilitator and program architect around Africa and Europe as well as a writer. In addition to mentoring and coaching different startups and enterprises, Ahmed also provides consultancy services on designing and implementing programs related to entrepreneurship, impact investment, social innovation, and sustainable development for government organizations in Africa and Europe.
